CSPA DRESS CODE

*Hair must always be pulled back; short hair should have barrette to keep bangs out of face!

Mommy & Me: Comfortable clothing, bare feet

Bitty Ballet: Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, no skirt please (there will be opportunities for the dancers to wear "princess" skirts from time to time)

Bitty Broadway: Comfortable clothing and ballet shoes, jazz shoes, or tennis shoes. Tennis shoes should only be worn in studio, no outside street shoes. Please note students may be required to purchase special shoes for recital.

Musical Theater (Ages 9 and under): Comfortable clothing and ballet shoes, jazz shoes, or tennis shoes. Tennis shoes should only be worn in studio, no outside street shoes.  *Please note students may be required to purchase special shoes for recital.

Musical Theater (Ages 10+): Comfortable dance or exercise attire and black character shoes with 1.5" heel.  Shoes are available through Center Stage, please inquire about ordering at front desk.

Acting: Comfortable clothing, no shoe requirement

Ballet: Age 3-4: Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, no skirt please (there will be opportunities for the dancers to wear "princess" skirts from time to time)

Ballet/Tap: Age 4 & 5: Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, black tap shoes (no ties), skirt optional

Level 1:
Ballet: Pink leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, skirt optional
B/Tap: same as above, tap shoes, no ties
B/Jazz: same as above, black jazz shoes

Pre-Pointe: Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes (split-sole), no skirt

Advanced Ballet/Pointe: Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes (split-sole), Pointe shoes if approved, no skirt

Pointe: Black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes (split-sole), Pointe shoes, no skirt

Hip Hop: All Levels: comfortable clothing, NO jeans, athletic shoes, or hip hop sneakers. Shoes should be worn ONLY in dance class, no shoes will be allowed that have been worn outside of the studio. Please note students may be required to purchase special shoes for recital. For older dancers, NO sports bras that are visible, leotard should be worn under loose shirts, no mid-drifts.

Lyrical: follow Ballet level clothing, tan/nude Dance paws or "footUndeez"

Jazz - Dance shorts and/or black leggings, leotard or snug fitting shirt. NO mid-drift shirts, and NO long, loose pants, black jazz shoes.

Lyrical/Jazz - same as above, Tan/Nude Dance paws or "footUndeez"

Modern: Black leggings, black leotard, bare feet, dance shorts optional

 

CHEERACTION DRESS CODE

For older dancers, NO sports bras that are visible, leotard should be worn under loose shirts, no mid-drifts.

Tumbling: All Levels - Unitard, leotard, or t-shirt and shorts

Standing Tumbling: All Levels - same as above, tennis/athletic shoes and socks

Cheer Classes: All Levels - Shorts, t-shirt, tennis/athletic shoes and socks
